BLACKPINK Jennie And EXO Kai’s Unexpected “Melon Music Awards” Red Carpet Detail Sparks Intrigue
The 2025 Melon Music Awards only just started less than an hour ago, but they’re already giving fans much to talk about.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie And EXO’s Kai have gained attention for their red carpet behavior after fans noticed one detail.
The BLACKPINK star walked the red carpet first, appearing in a gorgeous black and white gown, simple make up and low hairdo.
What surprised fans though, was that EXO appeared right after Jennie. The five members present, including Kai, walked on the carpet just as Jennie walked off.
Due to their previous relationship, fans feel as though this was “definitely” done on purpose by the Melon Music Awards organisers.
Some have even called it monumental!
Others deemed it a bold move from the award show.

Many fans are also looking forward to Jennie’s performance and Kai’s reaction, due to her song having lyrics that say “I’m not thinking about no exes, know they miss me.”
Even though the two stars themselves did not do anything, the detail has already sparked intense reactions online. Fans can’t help but scrutinise their every move!
