Popular Female Celebrity Stuns With 16kg Weight Loss

Broadcaster and comedian Hong Hyun Hee has drawn attention with her changed visuals after rapid weight loss.

On December 18, KST, Hong took to her Instagram and shared a photo of herself in her stories without any caption. In the picture, she was wearing a light purple co-ord set while presumably shooting for a commercial.

Hong, who recently made headlines for days after dropping 16kg in body weight, drew special attention with this new photo that highlighted her change in appearance. Compared to before, Hong’s cheeks looked visibly slimmed down, while her jawline appeared much sharper than before. Her overall body shape, including her shoulders and upper arms, also looked significantly different.

Hong has been on a weight loss journey for several months through extreme self-management. In a previous YouTube appearance, she revealed that apart from pilates and exercise, she also kept her stomach empty for 16 hours a day. According to the comedian herself, with this rigorous routine, she managed to go from 70 kg to 45kg, and has been keeping up with her fitness consistently ever since.
